Budget airlines heat up winter deals



 
UAE budget airlines are offering winter deals to lure customers. Major budget airlines like RAK Airways, flydubai and Air Arabia are currently offering discounted fares and special deals that can be used in the coming months.

Special winter fares have been listed on the website of RAK Airways and the company has described these deals as its biggest promotional offer to date.

The passengers can take advantage of these deals if they fly between 1st of October 2011 to March 2012. The routes covered by this airline include Calicut, Cairo, Dhaka, Chittagong, Doha and Jeddah and the return fares start as low as Dh550, inclusive of taxes and surcharges.

Flydubai, another budget airline is also on sale. The company is offering a 20 per cent discount on its rates if the travel dates fall between 10th October to 14th December 2011. The fares start at Dh196 for a one-way journey, inclusive of taxes.

Air Arabia is offering special fares too but all its deals are limited to the month of September. The prices start at Dh1050, which includes the tickets and the visa cost. However, taxes and fees are not included in this
